Condition as
of 7/2001: Instrument is in remarkably good condition; only 2-3 dead
notes; excellent tuning.
However, regulation is sometimes spurious, and the current temperament can provide
unsatisfactory results, especially hymns in the key of A-flat. Pedal 16' doesn't
really support much, especially for hymns.
